Rentably – Terms of Use Last updated: 11th November 2025 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rentably mobile application (“App”), operated by Circuit Software Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple’s standard End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. ⸻ 1. About Rentably Rentably is a property management platform that enables landlords to manage their properties, tenancies, expenses and related documentation, and to communicate securely with tenants. We provide the App and supporting services on an “as-is” basis for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or property-management advice. ⸻ 2. Account Registration To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or our policies. ⸻ 3. Subscriptions and Payments Rentably offers monthly and annual subscription plans that provide access to premium features. All purchases, renewals, and cancellations are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective terms of service. You are responsible for managing your subscription via your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google, as applicable. ⸻ 4. Data Storage and Retention User and property data are stored securely on our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If your account is deactivated or your subscription ends, your data will remain available for 30 days. After this period, we may permanently delete your data from our systems. We recommend exporting or downloading any data you wish to retain before cancellation. ⸻ 5. User Content and Communication You are solely responsible for all information, documents, and communications you upload, transmit, or share through the App. Circuit Software Ltd does not moderate or verify the content of communications between landlords and tenants and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or consequences of any such exchanges. You agree not to use the App to upload or share unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. ⸻ 6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to Circuit Software Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms or the applicable App Store EULA. ⸻ 7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Circuit Software Ltd does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: • The use or inability to use the App; • Reliance on data, reports, or information generated by the App; • Interactions or agreements between landlords and tenants. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. ⸻ 8. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal data in compliance with UK data protection law. ⸻ 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your license to use the App will end immediately, and your data may be deleted in accordance with Section 4. ⸻ 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms. ⸻ 11.
